Dr Siobhan Rowe

After boarding school in North Norfolk, Dr Rowe trained at St Thomas' Hospital Medical School. She qualified in 1988. She completed Obstetrics and Gynaecology jobs in London before completing the Norfolk and Norwich GP rotation. Dr Rowe has been a partner at Cringleford since 1995. She has recently spent a year undertaking a Dermatology Diploma in which she obtained a distinction. She has three children one at University and twins doing GSCEs. She manages to find time to run regularly, play tennis and has recently taken up kayaking to keep up with her daughter!

Dr Jocelyn Harwood

Dr Harwood qualified from The Royal Free Hospital Medical School in 1987. She worked in three London teaching hospitals gaining a wide experience of many fields. She started in General practice in 1990 before moving to Norfolk in 1995 with her doctor husband. She has two daughters and her interests include painting and drawing. In her spare time she is studying for a BA (Hons) in creative art.

Dr Marc Epstein


Born and raised in North London Dr Epstein, a graduate from the Royal Free Hospital, was somewhat surprised to find himself working as a GP in rural Norfolk in 2009. He started at Cringleford Surgery in 2014 and has now fully adapted to Norfolk life, putting down his roots with his wife and children. When time allows he dabbles in a bit of photography, banjo and guitar strumming.

Dr Shelley Cook


Dr Cook has been a full time doctor at Hethersett surgery since 2007. From March 2015, Dr Cook joined the team at Cringleford surgery where she is available every Monday for morning and afternoon clinics. Dr Cook did her Undergraduate training in Nottingham and having grown up in Cambridgeshire she moved back to East Anglia to join the practice. Within the practice she is involved with Information Management and Technology, Referral Management, Quality Outcome Frameworks and Nursing. Dr Cook loves living in Norfolk, although she claims not to have found her perfect forever home with a lovely garden that she can fill up with Springer Spaniel puppies and grow some veggies.
